Run your first scheduled class
A path through Dashboard, Station, and Member App.
This walkthrough is for a club administrator working with a Station operator. It assumes that your Client, Location, staff accounts, and Station have already been provisioned.
Before you begin
You need access to the correct Client and Location, a Station assigned to that Location, eligible member accounts, and an active Class Scheduler Add-on. Ask an Accuro Admin to confirm the Add-on if scheduling is unavailable.
1. Check your workspace
Sign in to Dashboard with the appropriate Club Admin or Location Admin role. Select the intended Location and confirm its timezone. The Location timezone matters for class times and working hours.
Read roles and access if the expected workspace or controls are missing.
2. Prepare and publish a class
Open Members & training → Class Scheduler. Prepare a Course Template and any Coaches or Classrooms you need. Create a class with its start time, duration, and booking limit.
Save a draft while you review it, then publish it. A draft is not offered for member booking. Check that the published class appears for the intended Location.

3. Confirm member bookings
Members open Classes → Schedule in Member App, select a class, and book it. Staff can also add eligible members from the class details in Dashboard.
Check the resulting status: Confirmed reserves a place. Waitlisted does not. A released place can promote a waiting member.
4. Check in and prepare on Station
Open Classes on the Station for the correct Location. Within the preparation window, open check-in and check in arriving members. Select Prepare Class to show the class, Join Code, and planned duration.
Preparation does not start the workout timer. Choose Start Class when you are ready. If a workout is already active, return to its execution instead of starting a duplicate.
5. Finish and review
Complete the workout and allow results to upload and process. Review the finished class and its results. Booking a place alone does not create a workout result or workout-summary email.
